Summer Camp Fees

This amount must be paid within 10 days upon receipt of the invoice.
The registration is only confirmed once the total amount is credited to our bank account.

Financial conditions and cancellation
A CHF 500 fee, deducted from the final balance, is required when applying. The student’s  place is reserved only after this amount has been paid and will not be refunded should the  enrolment be cancelled before May 31st. In case of cancellation after this date, Collège Champittet retains the total amount due. No refund is made for a shortened stay, missed activities or classes, withdrawal or dismissal during the camp.

Illness and accidents insurance, infirmary expenses
Insurance for illness and accidents is compulsory for all the students except those of Swiss nationality whose parents are resident in Switzerland (in this case, a copy of the insurance policy must be sent with the registration form). The cost for insurance and infirmary is CHF 250.– per child.

The FEES of the camp also include
• Accommodation with 2 or 3 beds per room.
• All meals.
• Bed linen and bath towels.
• Laundry service (no dry cleaning).
• Group language classes.
• All activities organised by Collège Champittet.
• Local taxes.
• Transport to and from Geneva airport, but only on the official days of arrival and departure. Outside of these dates, transport will cost CHF 250.– + taxes.
